NOTIFICATION OF SIX MONTHS ONCOLOGY TRAINING COMMENCING
FROM 01.03.2005

In order to encourage medical professionals to pursue a career and update the state of the art knowledge in Oncology, the Tata Memorial Centre invites applications for Trainee Oncology Programme in various disciplines in Oncology extending for a period of 6 (Six) months beginning from 01-03-2005 :

The following specialities will be covered :

Applicants should be below 35 years of age with post-graduate qualification (M.D. or M.S.) or equivalent recognized by MCI and experience upto 5 years

Those pursuing a career in oncology and working at cancer institutes and/or cancer divisions of major hospitals and sponsored by their organisations will be given preference. Only 20 candidates will be selected.

Persons working in the Govt./Semi Govt. Organisations, Autonomous bodies should send their applications through proper channel

Outstation candidates will be provided accomodation free of cost. However, diet charges will be charged as per rules of the centre.

Eligible candidates may send their application for the specific discipline in the proforma given below alongwith a recent passport size photograph affixed on right hand top corner with attested copies of all certificates so as to reach the H.R.D.Officer, Tata Memorial Hospital, Dr. Ernest Borges Marg, Parel, Mumbai - 400 012 on or before 05.01.2005.
