Hongbin Li of the Chemistry Department, University of British Columbia, Canada, has announced immediate availability of a couple of Post-Doctoral openings in his research group. He is a Canada Research Chair in Molecular Nano Sciences and Protein Engineering in the Department of Chemistry, UBC.

The openings are to study protein folding/unfolding at the single molecule level using atomic force microscopy.

Applicants must have a strong background in biochemistry and/or molecular biology.

Candidates with experience of protein engineering (PCR, site-directed mutagenesis, protein expression and purification) are preferred.
