• Application forms -
  Application forms and bulletin of information may be obtained in person from the Assistant Registrar, Faculty of Medical Sciences, 6th Floor, VP Chest Institute Building, University of Delhi, Delhi 110007 between 1000 hours and 1300 hours on working days against a crossed MICR Bank Draft/Banker Cheque of Rs 600 drawn in favour of the Registrar, University of Delhi payable at Delhi
  
  Forms can also be obtained by post be sending a crossed MICR Bank Draft/Banker Cheque of Rs 650 drawn in favour of the Registrar, University of Delhi payable at Delhi along with a self-addressed envelope of 10 cm X 8 cm to Assistant Registrar, Faculty of Medical Sciences, 6th Floor, VP Chest Institute Building, University of Delhi, Delhi 110007
  
  Note:
  1. Candidates are required to apply separately for MD (Health Administration), Diploma in Health Education and other Postgraduate (Degree/ Diploma) courses.
  2. A candidate should mention his/her name and address at the back of the bank draft/banker cheque.
  3.Selection of candidates for Delhi University quota seats will be made by the University from Medical graduates (MBBS) of the University of Delhi only.
  4. Seats of All India quota in MD (Health Administration) and Diploma in Health Education will also be filled up by the University on All India basis.
