Delhi 110029. Through Bank draft of Rs 100 in favour of
National Board of Examinations.

Application
form fee of Rs 100 through bank draft is required to be
remitted with the application.
All
candidates who have failed in Board examinations and
wish to take the December 2003 examination are requested
to apply on the new form. Application filled in the old
forms will not be accepted.
Application
form duly completed with all particulars should reach
the Executive Director, National Board of Examinations,
Mahatma Gandhi Marg, Ansari Nagar, New Delhi
110029 by September 20, 2003 or with late fee of Rs 500
on or before September 30, 2003. Incomplete application
form without requisite enclosures are liable to be
rejected.
