What is the maximum time which a candidate gets to pass the final theory examination, after he/she has passed primary examination?

A candidate must pass the final theory examination within a period of 8 years after passing the primary examination, Failing which, the candidate will be required to re-appear for the primary examination. Candidates passing the final theory examination will be governed by clause 6.7b(of the prospectus), for appearing in the practical examination.
