B. Good pasture's syndrome
C. Myasthenia gravis
D. Hemolytic anaemia
Ans: A) Arthus reaction
Explanation -
Type II Hypersensitivity reactions / Cytotoxic
reactions - mediated by antibodies directed towards
antigens present on the cell surfaces resulting in damage to
the cells.
The antibody produced may be IgM or IgG type
Note:
B) Good Pasture's syndrome - Antibody
against Glomerular basement membrane
C) Myasthenia gravis - Antibody against Acetylcholine
receptors
D) Hemolytic anaemia - Antibodies against red cell surface
antigens
Type III Hypersensitivity reactions / Immune complex
reactions - characterised by deposition of Antigen-
Antibody complexes in tissues, activation of complement and
