a.carvedilol
b.betaxolol
c.labetalol

can somecoby tell what's the 4th option--metoprolol or carteolol

ANS S=should be BETAXOLOL becoz it is the only selective beta1 selective whr as carteolol is a beta blocker with intrinsic sympathomimetic action. ref--KDT 4/e pg 96

because nanu in you question even labetalol can not be rule out because it has additional action, and according to you

your question was all of the following are nonseltvie betablocker without any action except,

so you can not rule out labetalol or cardivelol because though they are nonselctive but they have additional action.
