the question written as"lady with jaundice and anemia" also had i think the periphar blood picture of spherocytes ....hence OSMOTIC FRAGILITY TEST would be the answer

u r right in saying that ans to the q "lady wid jaundice n anaemi" should b osmotic fragility test.. but ur explanation is wrong.. it is cause its a suspected case of auto immuneHA..
