hi, can anyone tell me the answer for the below MCQ?
A 25yrs old female with a downs syndrom baby already, what is the Incidence of Downs syndrom in the next pregnancy.

DUTTA 6th edition Pg 495 says.. risk of recurrance due to trisomy is 1%.. thats all i could find out ..

one more q i ve to ask..
wat is the incidence of transmission of HIV through breast milk...?

Unfortunately i could not get through eother. but i checked the results of atleast 500 candidates. it seems that the pass % is only abt 15 to 20%. is it always like this or only this time owing to the introduction of negative markings etc., any idea anybody...

As far as I know, its been like this. DNB CET is tough to get thru during the december season. June exam is the easier one, comparatively.
