Hi poulomi i am facing exactly the same situation.i came to the conclusion that if there are classes in your city then its worth it;otherwise if you have to travel every weekend or so,a lot of time is wasted plus u will also get very tired.self study and revision plus solvin question bANKS is most imp>>i spoke to few seniors who got thru aipg this year.so if there r classes in ur city its gr8 ;go 4 it>>>otherwise no point if u can study only 4 days a week and waste 3 in travelling.hope this helps.

Thanks guys,i think that was a good suggestion. i dont hav any such institute in my city or even anywhere near. if i take these classes then i hav to go out and stay in some private hostel and that needs lots of adjustments. Actually when i spoke to my seniors they cud only help in increasing my confusion, each of them had some differemt opinion. anyways i just hope that i dont lose my momentum till next jan. BEST OF LUCK guys 4 the comin exams...

hi, just be in touch and keep discussing your problems, and you will NEVER lose your momentum... None of our group has lost momentum, even though we did not get what we want... we know, we need to be a bit tough and stick to what we are doing... our friends remind us of our abilities..

best of luck...

Dear friends,
Can any one tell me a good subjecwise MCQ book for All India Entrance? Is it better sitting and reading all the text or solving mcqs with back reference.I am a repeater after a break of 1year,as I was abroad.

hi,

Good subjectwise book - CROSS Series may be one of the good options.

Sitting and reading all the text only ? - > If you start reading Harrison only, it will take many years, forget the time for other subjects...

Solving mcqs with back reference ? -> is recommended if you do not have a time.

My approach is to study a subjects mcqs once, then go through the chapter, then go back to mcqs, followed by next chapter...

What is the best Approach ? May be i would be able to tell next year when i get good PG Seat. Got a rank this time but to worth taking... i can give one more try...
