in d buk it says CXR..but also adds that if patient cant stand..then left lateral decubitus should b done..so mayb dat should b d best..rest q seem 2 b wrong..

i had thot tb can invade bld supply due to miliary spread but ans 2 3rd q given is herpes simplex

best for diagonosing pneumoperitoneum- erect xray abd- gas under diaphragm . but if pt is not in a consition to sand then left lat. decubitus can be taken .

infection that can invade vascular system- it cud be wether the infection can traverse through blood brain barrier or invade a vessel individually through brain parenchyma . Herpes suits the best to me.


Insulinoma- arises frm islets cells.. tail shud be the answer

skin test shudnt be able to diagonose type 3 hs rx....

d guide says q on insulinoma is wrong cos acc 2 buks INSULINOMA arises equally from all parts of pancreas n gives d ans as none of these..
As for skin test i dont know cos both type2 n type3 cant b detected..but ans wich d guide gives is type2..
