The Application form can be obtained from MGMC&RI, Pillaiyarkuppam, Puducherry in person or by post. The cost of the application form is Rs.900/- in person by cash or Rs.950/- by Demand Draft drawn in favour of Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute, payable at Puducherry.
