| janv Total Posts: 20 | Posted: Mon May 03, 2010 07:41 pm methanamine.. is very effective for visualisation of fungi.when it is combined with H & E stain as a counterstain , morphology of both tissue & fungi can be studied. pas can also be used to stain fungal wall.. i feel ans should be methanamine |
